Welcome To SG Business Group!

I am not sure that I can effectively put into words what SG Business Group has come to mean to those of us who labor at it.  When we started our company, we founded it based on the feeling that God was directing our path to do so.  Of course, we believe that God not only calls you to do something but He gives you the tools and the people you need to accomplish His goal and to that end, the company's goal.

We have strived to become a leader in the Gospel Music Industry.  However, what is a leader?  Too often in business today, people think the leader is the one who makes the most noise or who yells the loudest or who advertises the most.  I don't see things quite that way.

Being a student of business and having a good number of years of experience in various business sectors, I have seen and heard a lot of great leaders.  I have found that leadership is more about personal integrity and less about the loudest voice.  Leadership is also about knowing the right thing to do and more importantly, doing it!

It's about performance over time, not a winning personality and it's about responsibility and not privilege.  I believe that leadership is both learned and inherited through basic values and principals that you begin learning at birth.  Great leaders are not born, they are molded through life experiences. 

A company's values are an important thing.  They can never waiver.  They are what you build your business plan around and in any company, no matter how well run and managed it is, there will come a day when you will have to return to those company values and start over again.  It is also important to surround yourself with people who share the same values for the company that you do. 

We here at SG Business Group have assembled a group of people that are all focused on our company goals and have embraced our values.  If the people working together can embrace a common goal, thing how much better the result will be for the customer or client!

We are a dedicated team here at SG Business Group.  First and foremost, we are dedicated to Jesus Christ.  He saved us and we owe Him our lives.  Second, we are dedicated to each other and the company values that we have adapted to run our organization and finally, we are dedicated to you, our clients and customers for if the first two don't exist, the third will never work!
